How to use hot glue stick

1. You need to communicate with the hot melt glue stick supplier about the bonding requirements (bonding materials, curing time, high and low temperature resistance, yellowing resistance, glue stick size, etc.), and provide suitable hot melt glue sticks for testing.
2. Insert the hot melt glue stick into the rear end of the glue gun, turn on the power and preheat for 3-5 minutes until the glue stick is completely melted (glue dripping from the glue gun mouth indicates that the temperature meets the standard).
3. Aim the glue gun mouth at the part to be bonded, and pull the trigger to evenly apply the melted glue on the bonding surface.
4. Apply a certain amount of pressure to the bonding surface to facilitate better penetration of the glue. Let it stand for 1-2 minutes until the glue is completely cured.
5. After use, just turn off the power of the glue gun. Wait until the next time you use it, just turn on the power.

1. The bonding materials and operating environment will affect the bonding effect. It is recommended to try it first before using it in large quantities.

3. Preheating for 3 to 5 minutes is required for the first use, and bonding can be carried out after the glue is discharged smoothly.
4. Before using the hot melt glue stick, be sure to properly clean and treat the surface of the bonded object to ensure that the hot melt glue can fully exert its viscosity.
5. Different hot melt glue sticks have different curing time and temperature requirements. Too high or too low temperature will cause the viscosity of the hot melt glue to decrease.
6. When the hot melt glue gun is in use, the temperature of the nozzle and the molten glue is very high. Except for the handle, other parts cannot be touched to avoid burns.‌‌
