Hot Melt Adhesive for Packing application notes

1.  The structure of the base material and the operating environment will affect the bonding effect. It is recommended to try it first. The surface of the substrate should be free of dust and grease.
2. Too much or too little glue will affect the curing and strength of the glue. Too much will cause slow drying; too little will cause glue shortage and quick drying.
3. The recommended operating temperature is: 150-180°C. The actual operating temperature must be determined according to equipment debugging.
4. When cleaning the glue tank, you can clean it with paraffin at 120°C, and then clean it with hot melt glue.
5. When testing is required, please test at least 7 days later to ensure accurate test results.
6. Keep the glue tank clean. During normal use, if the amount of glue is less than one-half, glue particles must be added in time.
