Wood sticker adhesive application notes

1. The moisture content of the board should be controlled at 8-12%, and the surface of the substrate should be flat, smooth and not warped.
2.  The amount of glue applied is 25-60g/m², adjusted according to the paper material and thickness. When the temperature is high and there is wind, the surface film will form faster, requiring a higher glue coating amount and faster equipment speed.
3. When pressurizing, the pressure is balanced, that is, the plate is ensured to be evenly stressed at all parts, and there are no biased or pressure-free parts.
4. Hot pressing temperature: 50-110°C in summer; 70-120°C in winter. As the temperature decreases, the hot pressing temperature needs to be increased.
5. Rolling speed: 20-28 meters/minute in summer; 15-25 meters/minute in winter. As the temperature decreases, the equipment speed needs to be reduced.
6. After the pressure is released, the stacked boards should be laid flat and aged under pressure for a period of time (more than 18 hours in summer; more than 24 hours in winter). After the moisture content of the boards is balanced, they can then enter the next processing step to prevent deformation of the boards.
7. When testing is required, please test at least 3 days later to ensure accurate test results.
