How to use wood assembly yellow adhesive

1. Understand the types of wood to be assembled and the glue application method, and ask the glue supplier to provide the appropriate yellow glue for wood assembly.
2. Sand, level and clean the surface of the wood to be bonded.
3. Apply glue to the wood to be bonded according to the standard glue application amount.
4. Use a clamp to fix the wood and apply a certain amount of pressure to the wood.
5. It is recommended to apply pressure for at least 1 hour before removing the pressure. If the next processing step is required, it needs to be aged for more than 24 hours.

1. Control the moisture content of wood at 6-12%, and ensure that the moisture content deviation of adjacent component materials does not exceed 3%. When assembling stressed structural parts, it is recommended to use higher strength adhesives.
2. The assembly contact surface is processed with high precision (range 0.05-0.1mm), without saw marks, planing marks, or carbonization marks to facilitate effective penetration and contact.
3. The single-component integrated lumber tooth joint is easy to operate, and the two-component one has higher strength and better water resistance.
4. It is recommended to apply glue on both sides. The joints, tenons and mortises need to be glued before assembly (the amount of glue applied on one side is 200g-250g/square meter, and the amount of glue applied on both sides is 150g-200g/square meter).
5. The amount of glue applied on one side is 100-150 g/square meter, the amount of glue applied on both sides is 70-100 g/square meter.
6. The shorter the opening time after glue application, the better. When the temperature is high, the amount of glue applied can be increased appropriately.
