How to use PUR flat lamination hot melt adhesive

1. Confirm the board（density board, melamine board, multi-layer board, solid wood board, Chevron board, wood plastic board, aluminum board, glass magnesium board etc.） and material (PVC film、PET film、PP film、Acrylic、Leather、Paper etc.) to be bonded, and ask the PUR flat lamination hot melt adhesive supplier to provide the appropriate glue.
2. Set the machine’s melt temperature, the pressure of the glue roller, the amount of glue applied, etc.
3. Let the board pass through the conveyor belt into the dust removal device to remove dust on the surface of the board.
4. Apply the PUR flat lamination hot melt adhesive evenly on the surface of the board, and then press the bonding material flatly on the board.
5. It is recommended to let the bonded board stand for more than 24 hours before proceeding to the next processing step.
