How to use PUR edge banding hot melt adhesive

1. Confirm the boards and edge bands to be bonded(bonded boards, edge banding materials, machine edge banding speed, glue melting temperature and final strength, etc.), and ask the PUR edge banding hot melt adhesive supplier to provide suitable glue..
2. Clean the glue coating equipment, open the temperature control panel, and heat the glue.
3. Open the equipment control panel, set the edge banding speed, glue coating amount, trimming and other parameters.
4. After the board is sealed, observe the effect; if there is no problem, it is recommended to leave it for 24 hours before proceeding to the next process.

1. It is recommended that PVC and PP films need to be back-coated.
2.  It is recommended to use the ambient temperature above 20℃. If it is below 10℃, it is recommended to add external heating equipment.
3.  The glue outlet needs to be sealed when production is stopped. If the machine is shut down for more than 1 week, it is recommended to clean the glue supply equipment.
4. It is not recommended to mix it with other adhesives.
5. The curing speed after use is related to the ambient temperature and humidity，high temperature and humidity will cure quickly.
6. Unused adhesive must not come into contact with air or water vapor.
7.  The surface of the board should be clean, flat, smooth and not warped.
8. Machine gluing (board gluing or PVC film or other materials skin gluing can be used).
9. After bonding, the stacked boards should be placed flat for a period of time (more than 12-24 hours in summer; more than 24-48 hours in winter) before entering the next processing step.
