Paper honeycomb adhesive application notes

1. Recommended operating ambient temperature: 8-38℃. The surface of the substrate should be clean, flat, wax-free, not warped, and fit tightly.
2.  When opening a new barrel, stir the adhesive to make it uniform to avoid the influence of water vapor. Seal immediately after removing the glue to prevent film formation on the adhesive surface. During the application process, the adhesive will lose water on the equipment, so the moisture needs to be maintained.
3. Glue coating amount: 85-140g/m² of glue applied on one side, adjusted according to the material and glue type, and shall be based on the uniform glue line extruded after lamination.
4. Control the closing time of the assembly to less than 12 minutes, and ensure that the pressure is balanced during pressurization, which ensures that the plate is evenly stressed at all parts and there are no biased or pressure-free parts.
5. Cold pressing time: 30-60 minutes, hot pressing time: 90-240 seconds.
6. After pressure relief, it should be aged for a period of time (when the temperature is <15℃, wait for 8 hours before entering the next processing step; when the temperature is >15℃, wait for 4 hours before entering the next processing step)
7. When testing is required, please test at least 5 days later to ensure accurate test results.
