How to use straw hot melt adhesive

1. You need to communicate with the supplier of hot melt adhesive for straws about the bonding requirements (bonding materials, production line speed, high and low temperature resistance, yellowing resistance, etc.), and provide suitable hot melt adhesive for testing.
2. Add the hot melt adhesive for straws into the glue melter, and then set the temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine and the roller temperature.
3. Preheat the glue half an hour in advance, and use it when you see the glue becomes molten.
4. The glue coating machine sprays the hot melt adhesive on the surface of the packaging box through the nozzle, and presses the straw on the surface of the packaging box.
5. Apply a certain pressure to the straw for preliminary curing, and the curing time is generally 3-10 seconds.
6. After the hot melt adhesive is completely cured, the next production process can be carried out.

1. The bonding material and operating environment will affect the bonding effect. It is recommended to try it first before using it in large quantities.
2. Preheating for more than 30 minutes is required for the first use, and bonding can be carried out after the glue is discharged smoothly.
