1. The moisture content of the board should be controlled at 8-12%, and the surface of the board should be clean, flat, smooth, and not warped.
2. Choose leather with a surface tension of 34-36 dynes/cm, and control the operating ambient temperature to be greater than 15°C. (30-34 dynes/cm requires the use of special adhesive and the ambient temperature reaches 20°C to achieve the best effect.)
3. Machine roller gluing (can be gluing on board or PVC leather surface). Amount of glue applied: 100-120 g/m² of glue applied on one side (the amount of glue applied may be increased appropriately depending on the thickness of the PVC film skin and the density of the surface of the base material)
4. Can be cold pressed or hot pressed. When the temperature is lower than 15℃, use hot pressing temperature: 30-40℃ (the roller temperature will decrease as the ambient temperature increases). In the case of rolling, the operating speed of the equipment decreases as the temperature of the roller decreases.
5. Manual box lamination When the ambient temperature is lower than 15°C, in addition to heating the material, the laminating surface must also be heated.
6. After rolling, the plates should be stacked and laid flat for a period of time (more than 6-8 hours in winter; more than 4-6 hours in summer) before entering the next processing step.
7. When a tensile test is required, please test at least 7 days later to ensure accurate test results.
